Morning Briefing
- The problem
- You open the shutter and start guessing.
- What Bharat does
- Reads yesterday's sales, today's stock and this week's festivals overnight.
- What you get
- A sixty-second voice note in your language, before the first customer.
Your stock, your reorders, your festival buying — handled on WhatsApp, in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil or English. No app to download, no software to learn.
Why this exists
Nothing here is a technology problem. It is a memory problem, and it costs money every single week.
What sold last Diwali, which brand of atta moves on a Tuesday, who still owes ₹400 — it all lives in one person's head. Nothing is written down, so nothing can be checked.
With no history, you over-buy what doesn't sell and run out of what does. A shelf can be full and still be losing money.
EstimateCommonly estimated at around ₹2 lakh of dead stock per store per year. Modelled, not measured in our pilot.
POS packages expect English, a training week, a steady connection and someone to run the counter while you learn. Most kirana owners work twelve-hour days, six days a week. The software never gets opened twice.
EstimateTwelve-hour, six-day weeks are typical rather than surveyed by us.

This is the database.
One book, one handwriting, one person who can read it. It cannot be searched, it cannot be backed up, and it cannot tell you what will run out on Tuesday. Bharat AI does not replace it — it starts by reading it.
One shop's shelf, this morning
This morning's shelf
4 items need you today.
Nobody counted this. It is what the shelf looked like to Bharat AI at 6:40 this morning, before the shutter went up.
What it is
Not a billing app and not a POS. Six things a good operations manager would do for you, if you could afford one — arriving on the phone already in your hand.
How it works
Four steps. You do the first one with us, and then it runs.
Photograph your supplier invoices and whatever stock list you already keep. We do the rest on-site over three days. There is no new app for you to learn.
Movement, expiry dates, supplier lead times, festival dates for your area. Nothing for you to enter, nothing to remember.
What sold, what is about to run out, what expires this week, what the festival calendar is about to do to demand.
Reorders, festival buying and margin warnings arrive as a message you can answer with a word. No dashboard to log into.
Step one, in practice
You photograph a bill. We do the rest.
No data entry, no spreadsheet, no training week. Your supplier invoices are already the record of what the shop buys — we read them, and the stock list builds itself.

A day in the store
One shop, one ordinary Tuesday. Every message below is the product doing its job — nothing here needs the owner to open an app.

6:40 am
Before the shutter goes up: yesterday took ₹28,450, up 12%. Rice has two days left. Diwali is in four days and 47 items need attention.

Where to go next
Five pages, in order. Start anywhere, but this is the path most people find useful.
Who it is for
Where we actually are
We are early and we would rather say so than dress it up. There are no customer logos on this page because there is nothing we could put there truthfully yet.
We are onboarding the first stores. No customer logos here, because it would not be true yet.
Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and English — in voice and in text, in production.
Nothing to install. It works on the phone already in the owner's hand.
Registered in India. Bharat AI is the product; Meshav AI is the company behind it.
What a pilot store canmeasure in 90 days: stockouts avoided on fast movers, value of stock caught before expiry, hours not spent writing order lists, and whether the festival plan beat last year's guess. Those are the numbers we will publish — once they are real, from stores that agreed to share them.
Straight answers. Pricing, privacy, and what the 90-day pilot actually involves.
No. Bharat AI works over WhatsApp and voice on the phone you already use. There is nothing to download and nothing to log into. A tablet for the counter is optional and only comes with Premium.
Yes — all four languages including English are live in production, for both voice and text. You choose your language once and everything arrives in it.
Photographs of your recent supplier invoices, and whatever stock list you already keep — a notebook is fine. We come to you for three days and do the setup ourselves.
You pay nothing for 90 days and the ₹10,000 on-site onboarding is waived. We review together on day 75. If it isn't working for you, cancel by day 75 at no cost.
Pilot stores hold ₹1,499/month for Standard or ₹1,999/month for Premium, locked for 12 months. After that it moves to the regular price — ₹1,999 and ₹2,499. We tell you 60 days before it changes.
Nothing switches off without warning. We review together on day 75 — before anything is charged — and you decide then. If you continue, the first invoice covers the month after your free period. If you don't, you cancel by day 75, pay nothing, and we export your data for you.
You keep full access for 7 days and we remind you on WhatsApp. After that the briefings and alerts pause for another 7 days, but your data stays open to you the whole time. Only on day 15 does the account suspend, and even then nothing is deleted — we keep it for 90 days. If you tell us you'll pay on Friday, reply on WhatsApp and we'll extend it. We would rather hear from you than cut you off.
Yes — you pay for ten months and get twelve, so ₹19,990 a year for Standard instead of ₹23,988, and ₹24,990 for Premium. We don't offer it when you first sign up, though. Use the product for three months first — nobody should prepay a year for something they haven't seen working in their own shop.
Your data is yours. We collect only what the product needs to answer your questions, we never sell it, and we never share one store's numbers with another. We build to India's DPDP Act and you can ask us to delete everything.
Yes. During the pilot, cancel by day 75 and pay nothing. After that it is monthly — stop whenever you like, and we will export your data for you.
Yes. Three days of on-site setup and training are part of joining, in your shop, in your language. That is the part most software skips, and it is why most software fails here.
After the pilot: ₹1,999/month Standard or ₹2,499/month Premium, per store. Full breakdown on Scale.
ONLY 10 PILOT SEATS· taken in order of application
90 days free. We come to your shop for three days and set everything up — that onboarding is normally ₹10,000 and it is waived for pilot stores.
We are a private pilot, so we take stores in the order they apply and we say no when we cannot serve you well. First corridor: Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
Takes about a minute. We reply on WhatsApp.
