Who we are

Meshav AI Technologies Pvt Ltd is the data fiduciary. Bharat AI is our product. We are registered in India and your data is governed by Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect from this website

Only what you type into a form: your name, WhatsApp number, city, shop or firm name, and whatever you tell us about your situation.

We do not run advertising trackers or sell visitor data. Basic hosting logs exist for security and reliability.

What we collect from a pilot store

Stock, sales, supplier and expiry records — the minimum the product needs to answer your questions. If you record customer credit (khata), that includes the names and numbers you already keep.

We do not ask for anything we cannot use to make the product work for you.

What we do with it

Run your store's features: briefings, reorder suggestions, expiry warnings, festival plans and margin analysis.

Contact you about your pilot or your account.

That is the whole list. We do not sell it, we do not share one store's numbers with another, and we do not hand it to brands or distributors.

Where it lives

On managed cloud infrastructure, with each store's records isolated from every other store's at the database level. Access is limited to the people who need it to support you.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it, and we will. Ask us to delete it, and we will delete it and confirm.

Ask for an export and you get your data in a form you can take elsewhere. There is no exit fee and we do not hold data hostage.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are a customer, and for a reasonable period afterwards for tax and accounting obligations. Enquiry details from this website are removed if nothing comes of the conversation.

What we have not done yet

We are not SOC 2 certified and we do not claim to be. We are building toward that readiness. If a certification matters to your decision, ask us where we actually are and we will answer honestly.
