Who provides the service

Meshav AI Technologies Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India. Bharat AI is the product name.

The pilot

The first 10 stores pay nothing for 90 days. Three days of on-site onboarding, normally ₹10,000, are included at no cost.

We review together on day 75. If you cancel on or before day 75, you owe nothing and we will export your data.

If you continue, the price is ₹1,499 per store per month on Standard or ₹1,999 on Premium, held for 12 months from the end of the free period.

Joining the pilot means signing a short written intent. It is not a lock-in — it records what we have both agreed.

Pricing after the pilot

₹1,999 per store per month for Standard, ₹2,499 for Premium, exclusive of GST.

Stores joining outside the pilot pay ₹10,000 once for on-site onboarding.

We will tell you at least 60 days before any price you are on changes.

Paying yearly

You can pay for a year instead of a month: ₹19,990 for Standard or ₹24,990 for Premium, which is ten months' fee for twelve months of service.

Yearly billing opens at your day-75 review, not when you first sign up. We would rather you used the product for three months before committing to a year of it.

If you cancel a yearly plan part-way through, we refund the unused whole months. We do not keep money for a service you have stopped using.

If a payment is late

Nothing happens on the day itself. You keep full access for 7 days and we message you on WhatsApp on day 1, day 3, day 7.

From day 8 the briefings, alerts and reorder suggestions pause for a further 7 days. Your records stay open to you the entire time — you can still look at your stock, your sales and your khata.

On day 15 the account suspends. Even then nothing is deleted: we hold your data for 90 days, and you can ask for an export at any point during it.

Tell us you are paying on Friday and we will extend the grace. We are not interested in cutting off a shop that intends to pay.

We will never withhold your own data to make you pay. It is yours.

Cancelling

After the pilot it is a monthly service. Tell us and it stops at the end of the month you have paid for.

We export your data on request and delete our copy when you ask.

What we ask of you

Give us accurate information about your shop, keep your login and your WhatsApp number secure, and do not resell or redistribute the service without an agreement.

Bharat AI suggests. You decide. A reorder is only placed when you confirm it.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee a specific saving, a specific revenue increase, or that every suggestion will be right. Suggestions are based on your data and on models that can be wrong.

We aim for high availability and we will tell you honestly when something breaks. We do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee, and we would rather say that than write one we cannot back.
